Something that started as a doodle of a face with some vine things that was going to be thrown out... but I am trying to finish everything I start, so this was salvaged. It took about two to three weeks just doodling and adding on and off during classes. The detail is very maticulous, but it got a bit rushed at the end. I just wanted it done.
It looks a bit too messy, still. Doesn't help that the scanner killed it.

So this is a driyad (I guess.. xD;; I was kind of making this up as I went... ), which would kind of be like a celtic tree spirit, through which the druids claimed their "knowledge and power". Often times they are portrayed as women... actually, I've never seen a male depiction of a driyad.. maybe they're just suppose to be women.
I know if my wick-wickady-wicken ex heard the above he'd be like "DUHOFCOURSETHEYAREONLYWOMENCUZTHAT'SSEXIERLOLZ". D<
How come no mythological celtic creatures are good looking men? Hey, not that I'm against ladies or anything, but they're not like "Girls can be awsome too!" Type women, but more like "I'm just here to be a friggen' sex toy" type... which is even MORE demeaning than having no women at all! Kind of like wonder woman... she's the only woman on the main justice league now because she probably puts out. Hawk girl was too much of a femenist, so they got rid of her. Yeah..
